Size
HgCapital targets companies with enterprise values of between €75 million and €500 million. We are happy to consider majority or minority stakes in the companies in which we invest.
Stage
HgCapital finances all types of leveraged buy-out transactions (divisions, companies, business assets, public-to-private transactions or turnarounds). We also provide expansion capital to promising younger businesses. |
