Hector is a member of the TMT team and works on the Mercury fund.
 

Hector Guinness joined HgCapital and the Mercury team in 2012. Prior to joining HgCapital, Hector spent three years working at Bain & Company in London and Mumbai, working on a range of private equity, M&A, strategy and organisation projects. 

Hector graduated from the University of Oxford with a first class honours degree in Biological Sciences.
